We are a growing outdoor events venue in the hot and thriving events market in Dar es Salaam Tanzania, however we are in need of event furniture a tent, a swimming pool and a catering kitchen to attract the kind of clentele who is interested in our business and we need your help!

WHAT WE NEED!

We are looking to raise 50,000 USD to help our events venue grow!

WHAT WILL WE DO WITH THE MONEY?

We are losing business daily because we are an outdoor venue and therefore subjected to nuances in the weather such as rain and strong ocean winds, this has caused us to be passed up many times on business opportunities as the client would need to rent their own tent to use our venue adding to their cost.

If we had our own tent to protect clients from the weather-we could save the clients money and secure more bookings!

We also do not have our own banquet chairs or tables which also deters clients from booking with us because they mus rent tables and chairs in order to book our venue and this increases the costs of to the clients.

If we had our own tables, chairs and linens- we could offer the clients a discounted rate on tables and chairs  for booking the venue.

Over the years we have lost countless bookings due to lack of a swimming pool.

We have many inquiries on a daily basis to book our Villa for destination weddings and events but we have been passed over multiple times because we do not have a pool, which the clients who have money to spend for these types of events  have come to expect!

If we had a swimmingpool we are guaranteed to close on each of our inquiries which would see our returns in the hundreds of thousands.
